Please honor your appointment and arrive on time. Clients have a 10 minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 100% of scheduled service fee. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, same day cancellations, and/or no shows will result in 100% of scheduled service fee. Fees will be charged on card that is on file. Fees need to be paid in full before booking another appointment. A deposit may be required in order to book future appointments after last minute cancellations/no shows. We love your babies and kids but we ask they stay home unless they have a scheduled appointment! It is our goal to create a relaxing environment for you and for our other guests.
